Frequently Asked Questions
Over the last few years, we have found that the same questions get regularly asked.
Here are the most popular ones that we think you will have too.
No, technology exists such that whether you are in the centre of London, or in the middle of a mining site in Africa, so long as you have a reasonable internet connection we can record. The technology records it locally on your preferred device and uploads it to our cloud once the recording is finished. In the majority of cases, those with a strong internet connection can even upload in real-time.
No, we do not. Liam works for himself, by himself. He will occasionally outsource reviews on works as a second pair of eyes on anything never hurts (you will be told of this prior to it occurring). From start to finish, Liam will be your point of contact conducting the interview, creating any graphics, and producing the edit himself.
As soon we can arrange a date and time for a recording.
Once your interview is complete, depending on your deadline, work will commence on your project, typically with a recording of 30 mins you can expect a first review within 24 hours of the interview taking place.
It is a case of the longer the interview, the longer the process. We have a limit on how fast we can turn around videos based on their length. Typically we aim for 24 hours for each project if we have everything we need prior to starting the edit. We can turn them around faster, but we have found turning them around too quickly leads to mistakes and that is not good for anyone.
The caveat of course is News items, we can turn these around fairly quickly as long as the runtime is about 5 minutes and everything is prepared in advance.
You have two choices, your project is delayed, or you have to trust our judgement on the edit.
This is also one of those instances where we will outsource a viewing to one of our trusted partners for critique and feedback – this is available for an extra charge on request.
A high res company logo in a form such as PDF, SVG, .ai or .PSD is preferred, as we can work with this quickly and they work seamlessly with our Adobe suite. Things like names, titles and photos can always be found on company websites, but the better the resolution you can supply, the better the quality of our final production.
Because we want you to come back to us next time. We would much rather have a small pool of regular clients, than a high turnover; you get the continuity and we get your business. Our processes are always being refined as we come across new ways of doing things or make changes to formats. Each interview brings along with it its own unique learning experience, subsequently making the next one better than the last.

The bigger the project the bigger the cost. Typically a fully produced 60 min interview will cost around £500 to deliver (as of Jan 1st, 2023).
If you want something shorter, it is better to talk to us,first as we will generally offer a block of interviews for the short, and snappy RNS released.
Quarterly catch ups can also be bought in yearly blocks of time, which will save you money compared to individual interviews
We expect payment within 30 days of the project being completed. We take the trouble to ensure your project is delivered on time, we ask you to extend courtesy to us if for nothing else, to enable food to be put on the table.
No, we have been known to accept these in the past, but typically owning shares in a company comes with risk and is a gamble on our part on your share price.
Besides, If we like the company, we will buy them on the open market, like everyone else. – However, it is easier for us to be independent if we are not shareholders.
